IRL: Cotman Named Vice President of Competition
The Indy Racing League named Tony Cotman as its Vice President of Competition. Brian Barnhart, president of the competition and operations division for the Indy Racing League, announced the decision. Cotman started his new position Monday and he will assist Barnhart in Race Control for all IndyCar Series events while acting as the senior race offic
